how do you know if custom written workout plans are for you? -if you already workout and just need a little help figuring out what to do -would like to have something to follow -would like a custom program based on how you move, your lifestyle and what equipment you have available -would like a well rounded program -if money, or time is not in your favor (if you cannot afford one one ones, or if your schedule fluctuates to where you cannot have a set time to workout) -if you need accountability and progress to be measured once a week -need to new workout ideas for getting back into the gym -if you need ways to modify or advance certain exercises |
So what is a custom written workout plan?
once a week you will receive 3 full workouts to complete (you will know what to do on the off days based off your goals and time). At the end of each week you will report how the workout went, what weight you used, how you felt etc, then the next week of workouts will be written and so on. Here is step by step what you will need to do
-schedule a free half hour consultation
-fill out waivers
-send a video of you doing these exercises for your screening
-subscribe and pay $80 a month
-let the games begin
