My mission is to help my clients/ peers find comfort and confidence through exercise. I do this by creating a safe space for those that are new to exercise or have been injured and don't know how to get back. It also for those that simply want to move and feel better. For my clients, my goal is to change their perspective on exercise and improve their relationship with it. I do this by supplying each one of them with the life skills/ tools needed to perform exercise with my 3 pillars:
whether its a live virtual class, written workout plan, a workshop or a challenge each and every sustainable workout is planned for longevity, quality of movement with aims to improve joint health. With this exercise will not be viewed as a punishment, but something you GET to do. Something one can do to feel good about investing in the future of their health. This way, there are more goals and milestones to be celebrated along the way.
