Blanca has been been helping me on my personal movement journey to be able to take my Zumba license training & also works with me for local meetup workouts that are body positive focused. Blanca has been AMAZING to work with. She understands what my body is capable of, my goals, and incorporates those into every workout. She pushes me when I need the extra push, but not more then I can handle & reminds me to rest as hard as I work. As a larger women, I think sometimes we have a fear of working out with a physical trainer, at least I did, because I didn’t want to hate fitness, and I can say confidently that Blanca truly practices and embodies self love into her workouts & makes working out fun again. I don't remember how I came across Blanca's page, but I remember it was during COVID and deciding to train with her was the best decision I made. I was very skeptical about virtual training (for many reasons), but Blanca was very observant and helpful during our video training sessions. I learned a lot while training with her about my own injuries/body mechanics. If I couldn't do a specific movement, Blanca had several alternative exercises I could do. I got stronger than I had ever been, especially in my legs/core/glute strength which I was really lacking from all the boxing, running, and biking I've done. So if you want to laugh, learn, get motivated, get strong af, and change your mindset of how you see working out/your own body then don't think twice about it and get Blanca as your personal trainer.
